Gamer is a legendary class mod for C4SH in Borderlands 4. It was added to the game as part of Story Pack 1, Mad Ellie and the Vault of the Damned. Gamer has a random chance to drop from enemies in the DLC.
Special Weapon Effects
Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity. – Whenever C4SH Critically Hits an enemy with a Gun, Bleed that enemy. Whenever C4SH kills an enemy with Bleed with a Critical Hit, he gains a 7% Chance to spawn a Chaos Totem. When Windfall is active, double that chance.

Skill Bonuses
Variants of the Gamer class mod will distribute 7 bonus skill points across the following skills.
- Accursed Bones (max. 5 points)
- Potent Possee (max. 5 points)
- Tender Hearts (max. 5 points)
- Trick Shot (max. 3 points)
Stat Bonuses
Includes a bonus to Fire Rate and one random stat bonus.

- The flavor text is a disputed quote commonly attributed to Seneca the Younger (c. 4 BC - AD 65).
Change History
- The May 28, 2026 patch updated Gamer so that its bonus effects are only triggered by Gun Damage.
