Windrider is a legendary class mod for C4SH in Borderlands 4. It was added to the game as part of Story Pack 1, Mad Ellie and the Vault of the Damned. Windrider is a random drop from Radix located in the Vault of Radix.

Special Weapon Effects

Play to win. Never play to not lose. – Whenever C4SH kills an enemy with a Critical Hit from a Gun, he doubles his Fortune Stacks, otherwise killing an enemy with a Gun drains half of C4SH's Fortune Stacks. Whenever C4SH gains Fortune, he restores 5% of his Maximum Health. Whenever C4SH loses Fortune, he gains 8% of his Max Overshield.

• A Blur of Fingers and Brass (max. 5 points)
• Dealer's Bluff (max. 3 points)
• Dusty Trail (max. 5 points)

Includes a bonus to Damage Dealt and one random stat bonus.
