Viking is a legendary class mod for Amon in Borderlands 4. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Callis located in Fallen Crown in Carcadia Burn.

Special Weapon Effects

Once you're hardened in battle, there's no coming back. – Crucible gains +2 Charges, increased Duration, and grants Amon increased Damage Reduction while active.

Skill Bonuses

Variants of the Viking class mod will distribute 7 bonus skill points across the following skills (each skill can obtain a bonus between 0-5):

• Reactive Armor
• Cacophony
• Blast Furnace
• Fists of Stone

Stat Bonuses

Includes a bonus to Detonation damage and one random stat bonus.

• The flavor text quotes lyrics from the song "Swedish Pagans" by the Swedish power metal band Sabaton.

Change History

• The February 26, 2026 patch fixed the class mod to give the correct number of points to the Reactive Armor skill.
