Undead Eye is a legendary class mod for Vex in Borderlands 4. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Vile Lictor located in Umbral Foundry in Terminus Range.

Special Effects

Hang on to your heads!  – Killing an enemy with an Sniper Rifle will trigger Blood Shot. Critically Hitting an enemy with a Sniper Rule has a 33% chance to trigger Blood Shot.
