Windfall is C4SH's trait in Borderlands 4. C4SH gains Fortune stacks when he kills an enemy, and has a chance to enter Windfall every time he automatically reloads his gun after expending all ammo or uses an Action Skill. Windfall consumes all stacks of Fortune for increased Skill Damage and Gun Damage, and upgrades his Action Skills while Windfall is active. While Windfall is active, Fortune Skills act as if C4SH has max stacks of Fortune.
