Whale is a legendary class mod for C4SH in Borderlands 4. It was added to the game as part of Story Pack 1, Mad Ellie and the Vault of the Damned. Whale is a random drop from Callis located in Moon-Called Throne.

Special Effects

I have not yet begun to defile myself. C4SH's Action Skill Cooldown Rate is reduced to 0 and all Action Skill Cooldown Rate bonuses are converted into Action Skill Damage. Whenever he gains a Stack of Fortune, he restores 10% of his Action Skill Cooldown, gains +20% Fire Rate, and +25% Reload speed for 8 seconds.
