One Punch acts as a regular Badass Psycho with a special ability to one-hit kill a Vault Hunter regardless of their level. Vault Hunters should burst him down as quickly as possible.
Notes
- His mechanic to one hit the Vault Hunters can be bypassed by using an artifact that renders the wearer short time invulnerable when falling to 50% hp. In singleplayer, the cooldown of such Artifacts can be bypassed by removing and equipping them again.
