Max is a respawnable mini-boss encountered in Borderlands 3.
Background
Max is a unique flash trooper found in a COV camp short distance away from the Fort Pissoff in Meridian Outskirts. Him and Rax are in a hot dispute about which one of them actually killed Ziff's parents and who the Vault Hunter should come after.
