Soapy Steve is a unique Badass Fiend and a non-respawnable mini-boss in the Bounty of Blood, a downloadable content (DLC) add-on for Borderlands 3. He is only encountered during the Dirty Deeds optional mission.
Involvement
Soapy Steve is Kormash's sidekick and BFF. He enjoys taking long and relaxing baths so much so that he kidnapped a soapmaker named Nettle to turn the fat of his victims into soap.
