O-Negative is a Seraph transfusion grenade manufactured by Maliwan. The O-Negative can only be obtained from trading with the Seraph Vendor in the Badass Crater of Badassitude in True Vault Hunter Mode and Normal or as a drop from Pete the Invincible in Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode.

Usage & Description
The O-Negative is a high damage transfusion grenade, which leeches life from a target and returns health to the wielder. Care should be taken not to rely on it too heavily for health regeneration, as the transfusion trails can be unreliable. It may be wise to toss it before an engagement where the likelihood of sustaining damage is high, as the grenade can quickly whittle enemies health and return a short time later to heal the Vault Hunter.
Notes
The minimum fuse time possible on O-Negative is 0.1 seconds.
Trivia
- O-Negative is a universal donor blood type. This blood type can donate blood to all blood types, as it has no characteristics that would otherwise cause white blood-cells to attack it, but because all blood-types other than O-Negative do have these characteristics, the white blood-cells in O-Negative blood will attack any blood that isn't O-Negative.
