Splainer is the title of a group of common pistols in Borderlands 3 manufactured by COV.
Usage & Description
Featuring a Jakobs revolver barrel (model recycled from Borderlands 2), Splainer has the highest damage and accuracy but lowest fire rate among COV pistol variants.
Notable Variants
- The Killing Word – Unique pistol that fires wavy projectiles with unique amplifier bars effect.
- Extreme Hangin' Chadd – Unique incendiary pistol that always burning and doesn't consume ammo.
- SkekSil – Legendary elemental pistol that fires in 7-round bursts.
