Fastblast is the title of a group of common shotguns in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Tediore.

Usage & Description

Fastblast is the rapid-firing model of Tediore Shotgun variants, tending to have higher fire rate but lower damage per shot.

Fastblasts have a chance to spawn with an accessory which causes the reloaded weapon to shoot erratically leading up to its detonation. Of note, Fastblasts with the Leg Module will turn into turrets which will shoot enemies with the remainder of the magazine, then suicide into an enemy when they're out of ammo.

Notable Variants

Polybius - Legendary full-automatic shotgun with unique 4x4 grid pattern.
Sacrificial Lamb - Unique Shotgun that heals the user for 25% of damage dealt on thrown.
Flama Diddle - Legendary shotgun that fires spike projectiles that deal splash damage and bounce once from surfaces.
