Anchor is a unique rocket launcher in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands manufactured by Torgue. It is the In the Belly Is a Beast side quest reward but can be purchased from vending machines as well.

Special Weapon Effects

The world is full of temptations. – Always lightning. The Anchor fires a large anchor projectile that explodes on enemy impact or bounces off surfaces once.
