Moleman is a unique rocket launcher in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands manufactured by Stoker. It is the Little Boys Blue side quest reward but can be purchased from vending machines as well.

Special Weapon Effects

There is no escape. – Always fire. The Moleman fires a micro rocket that dives under and burrows through the ground in a straight line, dealing Fire Splash Damage to anything along its path. At a set distance the micro rocket temporarily jumps out off the ground. This occurs twice before it fizzles out. Additionally, the Moleman has a Rocket Salvo firing mode, that shoots 2 micro rockets in a straight line, with an increased fire rate, and only 1 ammo.
