Refried Reba is an NPC located in the Obsidian Forest on Gehenna in the Bounty of Blood: A Fistful of Redemption DLC for Borderlands 3.
Background
Refried Reba and Baked Betty — her best friend and culinary archenemy — can be found in a small camp northeast of Crone's Contentment. Reba's Refried Beans, prepared using Reba's super special formula, is "Better Than The Best, 10 Out Of 10! Real Cowboys Say Better Than Betty's By Far."
Involvement
The two ladies are engaged in a bitter feud over a missing case of beans and whose beans are better. The ladies are accusing each other of stealing the beans while trading insults. They also have their guns out and trained on the other, each threatening to shoot the other if the pilfered beans aren't returned. They ask the Vault Hunter to determine who (or what) stole the beans, lest they settle the dispute with iron.
At the end, Betty and Reba agree to set up a restaurant in Vestige called Bean Queens (depending on the choice made by the player).
