Reba Fullfölja is an NPC in New Tales from the Borderlands. She is the sister of Rita.
Involvement
Reba is a childhood acquaintance of Fran and the insurance agent assigned to inspect the damage done to Fran's Frogurts during the Maliwan invasion in Borderlands 3. Reba serves as a contrast to Fran's lack of success in adulthood, with a successful career and marriage to a woman Fran had a crush on in school.
