Cheechako is the title of a group of common sniper rifles in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Jakobs. The Cheechako is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source.

Usage & Description

The Cheechako has the lowest base damage out of the Jakobs sniper rifles. To compensate, two of its barrel modifications boost its fire rate, allowing it to pump out more shots.

The Cheechako can spawn with three barrel accessories:

• A modified barrel that increases fire rate by 10%.
• A muzzle brake that increases fire rate by 10%.
• A suppressor that reduces weapon sway, recoil width and recoil height by 20%, 25% and 25% respectively.
