Titus is an NPC in the Bounty of Blood DLC of Borderlands 3.
Background
Titus is the deputy of Vestige, working with the old Sheriff and guards the town's gate. A friendly but rather incompetent deputy, Titus is initially unreliable but eventually becomes a capable deputy as the story progresses.
Involvement
The Vault Hunter first meet Titus at the gate of Vestige. He is able to tell that the Vault Hunter is not with the Devil Riders and has his men to hold fire.
When the Devil Riders invades, he is swiftly defeated and captured by the gang. After the Vault Hunter rescues him, he is shocked to find out that Juno is appointed to be the new sheriff. Angered, he accuses Juno of being a former Devil Riders member but quickly stands down when Juno challenges him to a fight.
After Rose gathers enough cores for her biological weapon and causes a gigantic explosion, Titus defends the town from the Devil Riders along with Juno, Herb, and the Vault Hunter. He eventually rescues Juno from a hairy situation and is acknowledged by Juno as her deputy. Reconciled, they fight back to back to assist the Vault Hunter until they catch up to Rose and defeat her and the Ruiner.
He is last seen celebrating the defeat of Rose with Juno and the residents of Vestige.

It is believed due to dialog from several residents in Vestige that Titus had a brief relationship with Oletta; whether it was romantic or not remains unknown.
