Trivia
- The shield and its flavor text refer to the Flash Gordon antagonist General Kala. The flavor text is a direct quote from General Kala, said as Flash piloted Ajax towards the wedding ceremony.
- The Kala is an exact replica of The Transformer from Borderlands 2.
