About me

As Borderlands is the subject of this entire site, this about me will deal exclusively with my character. I use a level 61 Hunter character, specialized for critical hit damage, sniper proficency, and health regen. My current weapons loadout is as follows:

Primary Gun: Maliwan Volcano

Critical Killing: Dahl Penetrator

Gang Buster: S&S Orion

Armored Enemy: Pestilent Defiler

Maliwan Volcano

I've used the Volcano for the longest time, arround 30 levels now. I've owned four different models, ranging from 400 damage, to my current one with 750 damage. I've also had small magazines until this past model, which has greatly expanded my experiance with this gun.

Dahl Penetrator

The Penetrator is the newest addition to my loadout, but it's one of the best guns I've ever owned. 600 damage, +180% critical damage, and an insane rate of fire makes it great for enemies with big critical spots. I usually snub my nose at guns that don't have an elemental effect, but this one changed my mind.

S&S Orion

The Orion was both my most wanted gun, and the biggest disapointment. I read about it on the wiki, and scoured the [Border]lands for hours, only to find it in New Haven's secret room! It's a great gun, and very good for keeping large groups at bay, but it's underwhelming damage (400) and poor elemental damage make it my least used gun.

Pestilent Defiler

The Defiler breaks all my rules when playing. It's not nearly as accurate as the others, and only has a magazine size of two, but It's still capable of taking down Lance vehicles in three shots. I originally picked this up at the Zombie Island of Dr. Ned, and have used it ever since.
