Problem with Mordecai
I've noticed my Mordcai character has 1115/1116 health in the inventory screen, but not in the character screen. It never regens to 1116. Gear is level 48 blue Wee Wee's Super booster.

Health Cap?
is there one? i had a 660 centurion with 4 hardened and a +60% health shield, and it still came out to exactly 3000. seems odd in multiple ways.. my math works out to that being +60% class mod bonus, +72% 9/5 hardened, and +60% shield, making +182% health. +182% of 1000 health is 2820 health. not the 3000 that i had, but even with the 2 part tacked onto the 72% from hardened, i have a hard time believing that you can make 3000 out of 1000. anyone who can test this?
- A +60% health mod, +60% health shield, and +72% health from skills adds up to +192%. Also, 9/5 hardened grants +108% health, not 72%, which would make the total +228%. 71.10.43.141 08:09, January 5, 2011 (UTC)
More Health Regeneration Info Wanted
I would love to see this page expanded to include more info on health regeneration availabilities in both games. In other words, I think this article should list which skills, Class Mods, and other items provide some form of health regeneration in both Borderlands and Borderlands 2.

That is an excellent idea. Do you need the info or just want to see it published?

Health gating
I suspect that there are times when splash damage can occur just after a single attack. For instance, I was crippled by a single attack from a Giant Skeleton (under a different name in UVHM).

Borderlands Pre-Sequel Health
It seems that Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel follows a different health formula than Borderlands 2. From what I've seen, the formula is almost certainly still an exponential one, but it seems to be reduced. In other words, each level results in a smaller increase in health, & by extension, melee damage dealt as well. If anyone figures out the new formula, please put it in this article. I think I found the formula for health in this game. My calculations show it is most likely: floor(82*1.1^x) where x is the player's level. Litnin200 (talk) 04:30, September 16, 2015 (UTC)
Borderlands 3 Health calculation
The current formula is wrong and/or incomplete. Plugging in 50 for "levels" does not result in 5948. The formula 80×1.09×level×(100%+0%) is also incorrect)
