It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source but has an increased chance to drop from the Eros Wyvern or the Obsidian Wyvern.

Special Weapon Effects

Think you're fast? Not fast enough. – Shoots more pellets depending on how fast the character is moving (4 pellets for standing still, 5 for walking, and 8 for max sprint).
