Rage Handle is a legendary melee weapon in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands manufactured by Kleave. It was introduced with the Shattering Spectreglass PRC.
Rage Handle is added as a reward to the Wheel of Fate when Redmourne is defeated. It can also be obtained randomly from any suitable loot source in Shattering Spectreglass.

Special Weapon Effects

Animals in a cage, some of us filled with rage. – Melee Attacks increase Melee Attack Speed and Melee Critical Chance by 9.4% for 5 seconds, stacking 15 times. Hitting a Boss applies triple the stacks.
