Laser Cutter is a legendary assault rifle in Borderlands 4 manufactured by Vladof. It was added to the game as part of Story Pack 1, Mad Ellie and the Vault of the Damned. Laser Cutter is a random drop from Corporal Brennan located in Crooked Teeth.

• The gun itself, as well as its alternate fire, is a reference to the Plasma Cutter mining tool from Dead Space.
