Hank Schügerfiend IV is an NPC in New Tales from the Borderlands.
Involvement
Hank is a criminal running a protection racket in Meridian City on Promethea. He demands that Fran give him free frogurt for life, but she refuses on the grounds that he failed to protect her from the laser that damaged her shop during the Maliwan invasion and that he eats so much it would bankrupt her.
Fran eventually freezes him in her shop's back room with the cryo weapon in her hoverchair. She can either leave him there for the remainder of the game or shatter and kill him.
