Energize is a tier 2 skill in Wilhelm's Dreadnought skill tree.
Saint will periodically recharge a portion of the shields of you and your friends. Additionally, Saint gains an increase to the rate which he restores your health.

Notes
- 5 points in this skill can offset while additional points from Class Mods can completely negate the effect of elemental status effects.
- The "occasional" shield restoration seem to happen randomly, this restoration can loop on top of each other.
