Bully is a legendary pistol in Borderlands 4 manufactured by Order. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Core Observer located in The Howl in The Fadefields on Kairos.

• In the October 9, 2025 patch increased Bully's base Damage and drone Damage by 50% each.
• The May 7th, 2026 patch reduced the Cooldown on the drones generated by Bully's special effect from 14 seconds to 7 seconds and increased drone Damage by ~66%.
